The Fiat 500 and Dodge Dart are cool. They’re also affordable. So say the editors of Kelley Blue Book’s kbb.com in naming the two to 2014?s list of the 10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000.

The Fiat 500 placed sixth on the list, followed by the Dart in seventh place.
