Jeep-brand enthusiasts near Perry and Batavia have been pining for a pickup version of the ever-popular Wrangler for ages. It's easy to see why -- combining the off-road chops of the Wrangler with the utilitarian capability of a truck is a compelling idea. Luckily, the designers at Jeep have answered the call and unveiled the latest addition to the Jeep lineup: the 2019 Jeep Gladiator.

The 2019 Gladiator gives you the practicality of a mid-size truck along with the off-road ability and old-school fun associated with the Jeep brand. And it has legitimate truck capability. In fact, it leads its class with a 7,650-pound towing capacity and a 1,600-pound payload capacity.

But don't worry, it's ready to tackle your favorite trails near Warsaw and Wyoming as well. It comes standard with Dana 44 axles front and back, plus four-wheel drive with high and low ranges. Move up to the Rubicon trim and you'll get extra off-road features:

  • Disconnecting Front Sway Bar
  • FOX Shocks
  • 33-Inch All Terrain Tires
  • Lockable Axles

The new Gladiator has yet another trick up its sleeve: it's the only available midsize truck with a removable roof. Whether you choose a hard-top or soft-top model, you'll be able to remove the roof and enjoy the sunshine or night sky. You can take it even further by removing the doors -- just like the Jeep Wrangler.

The Gladiator will arrive at dealerships later this year. In the meantime, you can place an order or learn more about the new model by visiting our dealership near Attica, NY and Pavilion.
