My name is Danny and I am from VA. I just bought a 2500 Ram from Upstate Dodge in a very small town in NY. called Attica. I checked all over the country on the net to find the right used truck. Not only did they have the best price but the whole dealership talked to me from the General manager to the mechanics to the parts man to the salesmen I even ate a home made cookie from the lady that holds the dealership together. I have a Dodge dealer next to my house but I am sure glad I drove 400 miles to meet all the people at Upstate.They helped me switch all my junk from one truck to another.They took my plow off the truck and put it in the bed of my new truck.But the best person at the dealership was my salesman DJ. He made my trade in and buy of my truck seamless. No pressure and never will be there. I left with a truck I call my lil red wagon and a cup of coffee and a full tank of gas along with all the paperwork and questions answered. They hide nothing and disclose everything they know.
